Raggedy Ann or Pippie Long Stocking?

My partner Janet Schultz, wanted to collaborate on the 1915 Raggedy Ann doll. 

She wanted to see if we could come up with a modern version and 

still keep ~ the somewhat original look. 

I'm not sure if I was able to attain much of the original look ~ 

however, I did have Raggedy Ann in mind when I finished my version of her ~ 

and I believe "Pippe Long Stocking" got in my head as ~ I was going down this path too.
